When you buy the extension, please specify your production domain as your license URL. If you are still in the process of development, specify the URL of your future production site - not the development URL. A developer key can be requested separately when you make an order - all you need to do is mark the "I also want to get a free developer key" option below the Base URL field and purchase the extension. In that case, your developer key will be included in your Order Confirmation Email.
If you bought the extension and did not request a developer key at once, you may send an email to our support team at https://www.gomage.com/contacts/ and ask us to provide a developer key for you. The dev site URL or IP address must be included in such a request. Several developer keys can be provided, if necessary, within reasonable limits.
Please note: we do not provide developer keys for "localhost" URLs or "127.0.0.1" IP addresses. The URLs or IPs must be unique and authentic.
Developer keys are provided for registered licenses only. Make sure to include your original order number if you send a request for a developer key.
Remember that you must only use production keys to activate the extension on live sites, and you must only use dev keys to activate the extension on your dev sites. Remember that dev keys are temporary and production keys are permanent.
All dev keys are active for 365 days. If a dev key has expired and you still need it, we can renew it for another 365 days by your request.
