Show Address Book
Set "Yes" to show a drop-down list with the addresses from a customer's account.

Autosubscribe All - all customers will be automatically subscribed while placing an order.
Autosubscribe on Register - only customers who register on the checkout page will be automatically subscribed while placing an order.
