If you are the account owner or the owner/employee of the company who owns the email account used for registration at GoMage.com website, and you have access to the email inbox used for registration, you can retrieve your password with the “Forgot your password” option at the Customer Login page. If this option does not work for you, please contact our Customer Service Team for assistance.
If you are not the account owner and the extension was purchased for you by someone else, you CANNOT have access to the account at GoMage.com. The owner of the extension license is the person who purchased it at the GoMage.com website, and access is only granted to the verified account owner. If you would like to upgrade the extension or purchase additional domains option, you must contact the person who ordered the extension license for your site. If this is not possible, you must register your own account at GoMage.com and purchase the extension license again. We DO NOT provide access to GoMage.com accounts to anyone except verified account owners.
If you are the account owner but you have lost access to the email inbox used for registration and original extension purchase, and you do not know your password, you should contact our Customer Service Team and provide the following information in order to restore access to your GoMage.com account:
- The email address that was used or might have been used for registration.
- The domain name (base URL) for which the extension license was registered.
- The original Order Number.
- The company name (if any was specified in the order).
- Full name of the person who purchased the extension.
- Full address data provided at the checkout stage.
- Full contact data of the account owner.
If you cannot provide the above information or the provided information does not match the data in the original order, the account access will not be provided. In that case, you should create a new account and reorder the extension license.
