The extension does not add all my products to the feed file, what should I do?
First of all, clean cache in your browser and make sure that you are viewing the most recent version of the feed file.
Secondly, check the Filter Configuration Settings and File Creation Settings in the feed file. Some products may be filtered out based on the conditions in these settings. Pay attention to the configuration of "Disabled", "Out of stock" products and "Visibility" settings.
Generating and Uploading two or more large Feed files at the same time
It is NOT recommended to generate two or more feed files simultaneously on one server!
If your feed files contain over 5,000 products each, their generation at the same time will cause significant server load and may lead to the failure of the feed generation process. Launch the next feed generation after the first one has finished.
If you use auto-generate feed settings, make sure that the interval between the generation start of the first and the next feed is no less than 1 hour. Schedule the feed generation at the time of the lowest load on your server.
For example: set the generate and upload time for the first Feed file at 3:00 AM and for the second one - at 4:00 AM or 5:00 AM.
