Supported Marketplaces

The following table contains the list of shopping systems for which we provide Feed Configuration Service.

Feed Configuration is a paid service, which suggests that our team creates and configures the feed on your site for the desired shopping system. You can order the Feed Configuration on the Feed Pro page when you buy the extension or separately on the Configuration Service page. This service includes a one-time feed configuration for the shopping system of your choice.

If you would like to have several feeds configured for different shopping systems, you must buy a configuration service for each of these marketplaces. Configuration Service does not include creation and setup of Dynamic Attributes, nor correction of any issues on your site which directly or indirectly affect the Feed Pro functionality. Investigation and resolution of such issues are performed according to general Support Conditions.

If you would like to order a configuration service for a shopping system that is not present on the list, this can be done at the cost estimated by our team based on the requirements of the target shopping system. The requirements for product listing must be requested from the support team of that shopping system and provided to us by yourself or by another authorized person.

Feed Configuration Service fee is non-refundable! The service is considered done at the moment our team starts the configuration. If you need the feed configuration to be canceled or postponed for whatever reason, our team must be informed about that before we start the work.
