The URL Rewrite Settings allow you to create user-friendly and search-engine-optimized links.

Enable Layered Navigation URL Rewrite
Set "Enable" to activate the Layered Navigation URL Rewrite options. Once you enable the 'Layered Navigation URL Rewrite' option you will be provided with the following options:
- Use Layered Navigation Friendly URLs
- Layered Navigation Separator
- Enable Layered Navigation Rewrite Path
- Layered Navigation Rewrite Path
Use Layered Navigation Friendly URLs
This option allows you to replace the attribute numbers with attribute names.

Layered Navigation Separator
Change separator between attribute and value in the URLs.

Layered Navigation Rewrite Path
The Layered Navigation Rewrite Path option adds user-friendly URLs in your catalog after applying filters.
You can add any Layered Navigation Rewrite Path.

Product Review Rewrite Path
The Product Review Rewrite Path option adds user-friendly URLs for the product reviews.
You can add any Product Review Rewrite Path.

Product Tags Rewrite Path
The Product Tags Rewrite Path option adds user-friendly URLs for the product tags.
You can add any Product Tags Rewrite Path.

RSS Rewrite Path
The RSS Rewrite Path option adds user-friendly URLs for the RSS link.
You can add any RSS Rewrite Path.
After changing the rewrite path you need to re-index your Magento®. Go to System → Index Management to re-index the required data.
